  • Add the words you want to be in blacklist.

Moderate All Comments

You may want to moderate the comments but this is generally dependent on your command and control over the comments and number of comments made each day.

  • Click on check box saying that “Administrator must approve every comment“.

Pre-approve Comments from Old Commenters

  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Discussion.
  • Check the box saying “Approve comments from previously approved authors

Inform Users When Comments are moderated

When you implement comments moderation method, the comments of users do not appear immediately on you website, they take it as an error. So either they keep on trying to post comment again and again or they report it as an error. So you should inform the people that you have implemented comments moderation technique so that they don’t get confused.
